Withdrawing through paypal - Just adding bank

Can you withdraw funds in your paypal if you just add your bank without confirming the deposits? or we gotta withdraw after we see the deposits in the bank statement.

According to me its better and safe to withdraw after confirming the deposits, But as deluxdon said you can withdraw without confirming them too.......
