   Greetings,
   
   After reading the FAQs of Paypal. I understood that Paypal charges all countries for withdrawing funds to their bank accounts except US bank accounts. So, I was wondering if I have opened my account outsdie US but, it is in USD currency would I still be charged the fee for withdrawal or not?

   I suspect the fee is related to the effort & costs involved in working with non-US banks rather than the currency.
