withdrawing money from moneybookers to someone else's account in india

    Hi all,

    My question is pretty simple, is it possible to withdraw money from moneybookers.com to someone else's account or you can just withdraw money into your personal account only.
    Also if someone has used moneybookers to transfer money to bikaner or sri ganganagar in rajasthan state, please tell me the swift code needed to be used. when i go to the branch locater section in SBI website, it says swift code : N/A

    Help me please
