you mean Visa Debit Card supplied by ePassporte, or any Visa Card?

How does the “Withdraw to your Personal Credit/Debit Card” option work? (Questions section on Epassporte.com)

This feature will enable you to withdraw funds from your ePassporte Account to any active personal credit/debit Visa linked to your ePassporte Account. This option may be accessed by logging into your ePassporte Account,

    1. Select the "My Account" tab
    2. Select "Withdraw Money" on the left side navigation bar
    3. Select "Personal Credit/Debit Card," and then choose which card you wish to withdraw your funds to.

If you choose to withdraw your funds to a personal Credit/Debit card that is not currently linked to your ePassporte Account, we will ask you to submit your credit card information, including your card number, your name as it appears on the card, address and phone number. If this new card is a Visa Card, you will be asked to undergo the Verified by Visa and/or ePverify process as with any other Visa Card.

The Fee to withdraw funds to your personal credit or debit card is 1% of the withdrawal amount with a minimum fee of US$5.00.

The transfer will take up to 5 business days to complete.

Well, it would not make any sense to transfer money to your ePassporte Visa Card since the money is already there. It would definitely refer to your bank-issued visa credit/debit card.

It is difference since ePassporte does not allow you to withdraw directly into your bank account. You could however withdraw the money through an ATM and then bring the money to the bank and deposit it.

    WITHDRAWALS (Questions section on Epassporte.com)

If you have a US-based checking account, you will be able to transfer funds from your ePassporte Account and deposit them to your checking account. After logging into your ePassporte Account, please click on “Withdraw” and follow the instructions provided to verify your US-based checking account or to obtain instructions on how to transfer funds to your previously verified checking account from your ePassporte Account.

Currently, ePassporte does not offer a feature that would allow ePassporte Account Holders to transfer funds from their ePassporte Account directly to their non-US Bank Account, however you may request a wire transfer. ePassporte will wire any specified amount to your bank for a US$50.00 fee.
