withdrawing in USD to Vietnam....is it possible?

    I live in Vietnam, but do all my work online and receive payment through Paypal. So far I have been getting paid in USD and then when I withdraw this money it is converted into Vietnam Dong at a really low exchange rate.

    I was wondering if I opened a USD bank account in Vietnam, could I get the money sent to me in USD without losing money through terrible exchange rates?

    I think if you withdraw USD, then you will get USD

    i think you can not spend USD in your country you need your DONG and when it will converted for you you will paid according conversion rate .
