Withdrawal to India banks from Paypal through XOOM is Working. Confirmed and Tested.

xoom canceled my transfer to bank from paypal frustration man what to do now any another option ...

 

I got mine cancelled even though i tried to transfer to my relative gr8. Now looks like a Cheque or a Credit card is only option.

any way i think this resolution will take time at least after the budget session i think since Paypal is not providing any info on the direction of RBI and RBI will not provide and info to us.But we can try use RTI to get info probably not sure

I got money in my bank account..... Thanks God i did the transaction before xoom stopped its service to India.

 

I got the money immediately back in paypal and also got a response from the support on the reason

So that is what they say 2-3 months so can anybody tell the cheque option do they send as USD or INR

 

use credit card insted of cheque

 

Ok .. Mine Just Got Reversed ..
It was smooth transfer 10 days ago and yes its confirmed xoom is not working anymore from yesterday(sunday 21st)
Before that any transaction may get credited .. have no confirmation on this

Believe me Indian banks are really smart people they charge for everything first for withdrawal charges then etc.Also if you have already some balance those people may even balance it out and say you still need to pay more.Don't want to go with CC since i am not a big fan of the banks

That is to say, anybody who has some CONFIRMED information on check withdrawals -> somebody who used the check option AFTER this fiasco started and can confirm the time frame , procedure , fees (or it's refund). PLEASE CREATE THE POST and provide link here and we will all jump in

So i think now we have to find another way to get our money. RBI is just fucking with us. It would be better if they could tell us what they actually want instead of creating this kind of situation. If we can pay fees as well as we can pay the tax also.

 

I called them now and a lady told me that this new policy has been enforced by RBI from 2 days ...
That means Saturday i think ...
Its confirmed now..I am thinking when i will get the refund money (
RBI is really really a watch Dog ...
