Withdrawal to India banks from Paypal through XOOM is Working. Confirmed and Tested.

I tried to withdraw money on feb 13 AND My transaction status is "Partner Processing" , What will happen ?

 

have patience...same with mine..wait for 2-3 days more..

Guys, I have made a withdrawl request of 1500 USD on friday.I didn't receive any verifcation calls from xoom.The money has been credited into my bank account today evening.Finally, i'm relieved i can use my own money

I have a serious problem here. The paypal account I have is on my mothers' name. I n eed money very urgently. so I was thinking if I can get withdrawal in my CC and then to XOOM to transfer in my Bank Account. Would that still require verification?

PRoblem is my mother passed away two months back and I am not sure if I should get verified through her IDs

 

In this case best option is create PayPal account in your name and transfer funds to your account, as there is no way you can withdraw fund to your CC from your mother's paypal account, and using your mother's bank account is kind of illegal in india

 

I've around 3700USD in my current paypal transferring it to other account meaning loss of around 150USD which I dont want.
