Now I will like to ask what is Funding Source Statement ?
Can anybody explain ?

 

I think Funding Source statement is Paypal Transaction statement. Just take printout it and fax them

 

same to me , but i got the mail late night , i just replied them back with my proof.

 

For funding source proof either point them your specific transaction in paypal history or mail them the reciept of the email of the $$ from where you recieved them. Xoom Rocks

I mailed them proof of the current transaction of $1000 with Xoom .
Is it correct or I should mail another .

 

The next step would be deposit in progress.. mine too in partner in progress from yesterday

 

its the relaxing step lol . Just wait to either change it to Deposit in Progress and then transaction completed , but you may recieve funds beofre they update their status . just keep the phone with yourself incase they call. they wont generally.

well you need to explain from where you recieved the money and if possible provide them a reciept from where you got the money in paypal. That will be satisfying to them . Be very clear and confident in explanation.

 

For Indian customers,
Xoom is only for money transfer for personal expenses paid by your friends and relatives residing outside India.
I was using xoom to transfer my paypal funds directly from clients residing in UK and US two years back, all went well, until one day Xoom stopped a payment and It took nearly one month for my client to get his money back. From then I was using paypal for transferring funds cool until this week due to some RBI issues with paypal. Still waiting for my paypal withdrwal $2000 on 7th to my bank account or to return back. I will wait. I am a business user.

 

So u mean any previous Transation of Paypal . I want to ask we can show any slip . means like 24$ Slip or bigger amount reciept .

 

ok , so did they go mad when i requested xoom to bank deposit in india to myself . They are very clear when you transfer money to yourself and your paypal address matches the bank address. And btw that wont be called an intra india transfer. Please dont confuse the users here as we are very tensed at the moment and for everything good their will be complaints too which is purely coincidental.

 

Yes, you can just mail the screenshots of histories in paypal or you can show them any kind of mail if you have got those money from any company. for me i had a log of the transaction in my companies payment history which i produced before them . Be sure you send identity proof + bank statement or utitlity bill + paypal transaction histories.

 

Shit yaar , their customer support now didn't worked .I mean Xoom Customer Service <customerservice@xoom.com> is not working now ??

 

mine is still stuck here at Partner Processing.. It is over 12 hours and still no money..no call no mail.. don't know what ll happen.

Why they stopped payment ? what was the reason they showed ?

 

hey friends i have done transection throug xoom in xoom my transection process has been finished on 10th feb 6:02 pm india time but i havet get money in my bank account still now can anybody get their money in bank account ?

 

same with me.. transaction has been completed yesterday evening but still no money in my account
