Hi Ok I'm in the biggest trouble anyone can get. My paypal account wich I was using for the last 4 years got limited and later permanently limited due to some other account linked to it! That paypal account balance has a very, very, very big amount in it to say the least... Now, I got that email from paypal saying that after 6 months the funds will be available for withdrawal. I want to know EXACTLY what happens after 6 months. A consultant told me that after 6 months, all remaining balance will AUTOMATICALLY be sent to your bank account. If that happens, man I'm in jail for sure, liek no question asked. Do anyone here ever had a limited account for 6 months and can share with us what exactly happens 6 months after the limitation? Please this is extremely important. I need to be sure I can control how much money is withdrawn and on what range of time. Thanks
I assume that you have called PayPal (talked to a real person on the phone) and tried to get the limitation lifted and that didn't work. (If you haven't done that, do it!) Have you called and asked them what will happen after 6 months and what your withdrawal options will be? You may have the option of receiving a check instead. You might also be able to attach a different bank account to your account. However, if they don't want you as a customer any more, I doubt that they would allow you to take your money slowly over time - they want to close your account, and to do that they need to give you your money. If receiving your PayPal funds is going to be a serious legal problem for you, you could cancel the bank account you have attached to your PayPal account and simply walk away from the money in the account. That would be painful, but not necessarily the worst thing that could happen to you.
I don't think so Why do you think that btw (Money not getting delivered to your bank account automatically but you have to withdraw it as you want) DON.
well, jus becoz you have a large chunk of money sent to your account it doesn't mean that you'll be jailed! but you will if you got that cash illegally! :|
firstly , money is not sent automatically. secondly, itz not nessesary that u have to widraw the entire money at one time. u can jst widraw a safe amnt to ur bank accnt. Den add ur fathers accnt or open another accnt and widraw a safe amnt dere . do it with like 10 accnts. no risk at all. this way if ur money is legal u r nt doing anything illegal . and also if ur money wasnt legal ...after 6 months it is..hehehe and u dnt even need to pay any taxes. if my suggestion helpd u . i desperate to know that wots that such a great amnt that u r scared of wIdrawing at once. r u playing in millions??
no, not in millions hopefully (or unfortunetaly lol) but can you back off your statement with a proof? I mean have you ever got your account limited then asked after 180days to withdraw the money... on other forums, it seems that you have to withdraw all the money at once, but this aint no good for me neither for paypal to say the least, im sure they dont want to withdraw that much of money theyll be losing a lot, its not in anyones best interest.
Really, call Paypal and ask them what the procedure will be. Ask if you will be required to withdraw all the funds immediately. Ask them if you can add another bank account and split the withdrawal between them. Get the answer from the source. (Don't bother emailing again, they probably just send form emails.) Withdrawal methods likely vary from country to country, so getting an answer from someone in the UK while you are in India (or vice versa) isn't necessarily going to help you.
