I have requested a bank withdrawal last February 2, 2008 and at that the same the the status of my withdrawal is completed. I am expecting the money after 7 business days but for what ever reason the money was not reflected to my bank account. I called my bank not only once but I guess more than 20 times already since then but they keep saying that there is no transaction with that amount was sent to them by paypal. I tried to mail paypal using paypal online form not only once but many times also I only get one reply from paypal but not from a person but an automated email. I keep trying to email them but no reply. I am trying to call this number +1-402-935-2050 which they provided in their site but I get an error in my telephone saying invalid number. Do I miss something in the number I am from Philippines.

i think you should call a Singapore number. Singapore is the regional office, and whenever I had a problem I always called there. It should be on your site somewhere. Also cheaper to call!!!
talk to ur bank and give them a heads up that nothing happened, just to keep it on the record, then tell paypal to do so again.

No you did not miss anything in the no but they generally don't have ISD facilities.I am from India. Once i got in a similar dispute all option was to wait for their reply. And what you are thinking is an automated reply is not they will look in the matter but it will take time. Keep referencing them don't miss a day also and always refer previous reference. In financial problems where their customers suffer financial loss there system work very slow. No other option but keep referencing them through their online support. Or else one thing more you can do if you have any contact who lives near their regional office, then he can personally contact them via local call which is possible. Please try that also if possible for you... I think this should help u i have faced similar stuff and the money was back with me after a month or so..
Paypal can be hard to work with. But, that is why it is so successful too, it is a hard system to beat, that's why I use it. A few times though it has really been a pain in the rear to work through a problem. Good luck to you in working through all this.
