What exchange rate applies when withdrawing the funds to the bank account? Is it the PayPal one or the bank's?

It is PayPal's conversion rate as they send the money after converting it into INR. :)

Well, you are from Sweden and I was saying about India.

But there also, PayPal is the one converting money. May be banks also take some fee. You will see that when your withdraw money if whats the conversion rate.

Now-a-days conversion rates are going at lower ad Paypal is giving it low from the start and also low from market rates :(
