Once it states that it is completed on Paypal end, you just need to wait for 5 to 7 days before it appears in your bank. Basically, what Paypal is saying is that it did what it supposed to do already by submitting the money transfer request to your bank. Now you just need to wait for your bank to do all the necessary paper work and get the money into your account.

You can confirm with the bank, I am sure that they charge Rs. 500/- + 12.36% service tax for the amount remitted. I would suggest to check the bank statements if anyone can see these amount.

Hey Axis .. I transferred Money from MY paypal to Axis Bank and it was there in 3 days in my account. It showed the same day as completed in Paypal and on third day it was there in My Account.

and hostingonweb in India there is no fees as such on EFT in any bank .. I have Funded many times to many people and even I have purchased on many sites how Come I have never ever been charged . And yes Banks do Charge you if you tranfer funds by Method of Direct Payment at Banks counter while Paypal Funds you Electronically so there is not a single chance of loosing you Rs 500+ taxes..

And Axis you have lost Rs 1000 you might not have entered a Correct IFSC code and bank details.
I transferrred via Xoom and Paypal and I did not have any problems. I think you should go to your Bank and ask them details about all the technical things.
