This is really useful for me. thanks a lot. The local bank withdrawer fees is only RM 1. That is really cheap. I asked before, the public bank visa electron need a yearly fees of RM 24. It is quite expensive. I plan to get an EON bank visa debit card which have no anual fees. Just dont know is it accepted by paypal for withdrawer or not.

Well, RM24? Ermm, not much la considering
the amount you earn per year from IM....

That's like, only RM2 per month...

But if EON Bank's DC has no annual fees,
then I also think you should go for it...

As long as it's a VISA, should be alright....

I'm sure it will be approved, as debits
    only use your own money....

Maybe I should change to EON's too....

    Hehe....

Hmm, other countries I don't know...

But for Malaysia I think the only option
now is to withdraw to any VISA branded
    debit/credit card....

Yup. But not all visa card is accepted, I heard. But it is very easy to get a debit in Malaysia. A lot of bank are having their debit card although some of them is Master card.

If Paypal Does not support your country Go with different payment options like 2Checkout , Plimus or Moneybookers . Do not open Paypal Account because your account will be limited once paypal comes to know about it.

BTW you bumped an year old thread . :D

I read someone said that they charge alot for an exchange rate. Nonsence, because paypal sends dollars. You later yourself convert the currency to any u wish according to your local bank rates.

As long as a Credit card is issued by Visa or MasterCard, one can get verified on PayPal but the withdrwal option depends in the country where you live, as for some PayPal only provides a send-only option.
