Hi, I am wondering something since I setup a paypal with country INDIA and used a VCC. Is their any way to withdraw the money to actual cash, since I am in USA and paypal is india? Also if I try and buy things from sites like newegg.com, or anything, the country on the address cant be changed so I cant get things shipped here. Any ideas on how I can get the money?
