do u have 20K with you ?? just go to ICICI in Khairtabad or anywhere ..open a fixed deposit for 20K and ask them a credit card...within a week they provide you CC

And what about the fact that paypal requires a valid US address? Instead of this virtual money operation why not just get a regular secured credit card from a U.S. Issuer? Like the kind people use to improve their credit.
Never trust Indian, Sorry I am not races, but I got scammed by secmate(dot)com. He is a india scammer, but I do not know about this Indian. Secmate is the biggest liar and scammer, I hope he does not use a "student" as his user ID here. Anyway, be ware of internet scam, guys. I lost over $2000 on Paypal-Egold deal. Cheers

Amit, you can get a CC by opening a fixed deposit account in ICICI bank, but the credit limit of the card would be of the same amount which you have in your FD account. In case you withdraw some money from it, your CC limit decreases and incase you close that account your CC would be deactivated as well. Its basically like a debit card, using your own money. You have all the documents required by bank people, the only problem i see in your case is your age.
