I have withdraw money from Paypal on 16th March and it should already been deposit into my account now. The weird thing is, the money isn't there and my transaction status were stated as "Completed" on Paypal.

I did contact the bank and they confirm that my card still active. I wonder what the problem is now. I did contact Paypal and still waiting for their answer. Anyone been through the same case before? What should I do apart from this (and pls don't tell me to get an attorney)

Check with your bank. Once it is complete at Paypal, it means that the order for the transfer of funds is sent to the bank.

If the bank is unable to verify the account number or details, it would revert it back to paypal and you will get the money back.

Important thing is to go to your paypal account and to make sure you provided all the correct information, check those with the bank and ask them if there were any funds transfer from Paypal between 16th March to now.

Did you withdraw to your credit/debit card or your bank account ?

Sometimes it takes 3-4 days (after "complete status") to get money in ur account.
