I have a verified non us Moneybookers and Paypal accounts (verified them with my mastercard). Now I'm trying to withdraw my funds (withdrawal to my bank account is not possible, it was rejected by MB, also withdrawal to mastercard isn't possible). Was reading about VMI cards but it seems paypal doesn't support them anymore, account gets limited. What about moneybookers? Is there a way for me to get the money (besides getting a visa card, which I don't really need)? I read something about payoneer virtual bank account, maybe I can wait for that. You can't just withdraw funds from moneybookers to your bank account. You need to first add some funds to your mb account from your bank account via wire transfer. Then your bank account will be verified and you will be able to withdraw funds from your mb account to your bank account.
In paypal you just add your bank account with your paypal account. within 6 days you get your funds into your bank account.

You have to have your bank account verified for the first time, before you are allowed to withdraw to your bank.
