How it works:-

You will be given a Cirrus Debit card and a Bank account

First you must Add the card to your paypal account as if you are adding a US Checking account:

You need to login to paypal account and click on "add bank account" then select USA.

Then select Checking.

Then enter these details:

Routing Number: 111900756
Bank Name: Southwest Bank
Account Number: 8 + the last 9 digits of your card number.

(Example: If your card number is: 6278 9510 1234 5678
Your account number would be 8012345678)

Then you submit it.

Paypal will deposit 2 small amounts on your card which will show up in 2-3 days time, so keep checking your card transaction history.

After you see those 2 amounts on your card history go back into paypal and and click "confirm bank account"

Then enter the two amounts in the fields and submit. That's it! You are now able to withdraw to your card.

To withdraw to your card you click "withdraw" on your paypal account then you select "bank account" and in 2-3 days your funds will show up on your card.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. It is important that you use the same name that you have on your paypal account on your card, because paypal may find it strange that you are depositing or confirming an account that is not matching.

I have my brothers in US . I had good money in paypal few months ago and was looking for a US bank account . I asked my brother to call up few banks and he did call up CITI Bank and they have told to deposit 25,000 USD for Residents of other countries to have a US Bank account. For NRIs ...they will get a US Bank account as they are in US . Even wells frago had the system . it was just 1000$ before in wells frago .. But they removed that type of account and made it cumpolsary that the account owner should fill in the form in person at the bank to open a account.

Anyway i got this solution . I am not making a fraud or anything here . I just wanted to sell . and i dont think my earning would hurt you

 

well it maybe legal in US for US banks to open accts for forigners, but in india i think its illegal to open offshore bank accts for citizens... citibank US maybe doesn't have to follow indian laws but indian citizens have to follow indian laws....

i don't care how much you earn, just giving some advice. if your product is good, then i am sure you can take some critisism...

 

Well can you just give me the URL where it says Indians should not open Bank accounts in Other Countries .

Anyway this is just a Debit card rather to say .. The bank account is virtual . it will just process the paypal funds and other direct deposit funds.

 

it was all over the news sometime back, if someone is worried, they can do a search and findout for themself. its their money not mine.
