what would you guys say is the best strategy? putting the link only at the beggining for 5 seconds or so, throughout the entire video, or at the very end of the video? which one will get a better response rate? thanks
I don't recommend embed the url on entire video. Try this method: xxx by origin/source video by: your link Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCQN5wx5i38 If you can create a unique movie clip similiar to this, that will be awesome.
I think put your link in the opening and the end will be better.. So people who see your video will get reminded twice..
I water mark the entire length of the video with my website name and copyright logo. This is done to prevent people from downloading the videos, breaking them apart and taking out the starting and ending credits. Its personal preference - but at the very least put it at the start and end. I usually put "This is a "my website name" production", then on the next scene the name of the video - the video body - then the closing credits. Example - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTW_rMy1UXA I have over 270 videos that have been viewed over 1,214,331 times.
I think at the beginning and the end, so that in the beginning they know where the video is from, and in the end they see it again if they want to visit it. Throughout is annoying, just let them watch the video.
web address at beginning & end with comments "view more videos like this at: www.-------.com, also Use a nice shocking thumbnail for higher CTR
I say you show it beginning middle and end, i mean don't make your whole page for 5 seconds your website have it on the bottom of the screen for a few seconds. If the viewer sees it 3 or more times they are more likely to do something about it. Don't spam your link though, give them good content and just have your links on the bottom
i would suggest you keep the url text coming back at regular intervals in the video , it gathers the attention of the user better
