With or without website?

    I would be interested in some feedback as to whether it is more profitable (assuming the domain name is in demand) to put a website/blog on the domain or just sell the name?

    If you wish to sell the name - use services like SEDO and they will upload their content there.

    It all depends on the name. If it has end user potential, try to sell it. If it has lots of exact searches, but not mush end user potential, build a website around it and watch it grow in value.

    if its a good domain that has potential, i'd rather not create a site to it but sell it for a buyer will just require you some stats if you did create pages of it.
