With or with the forward slash /

When you submit links, should you do it with or without the / at the end of your domain name? Or does it not matter?

    Example

    www.mydomain.com

    or

    www.mydomain.com/

Does this actually make a difference? Can it effect your SEO?

No there is no difference. Either of them can used and correct as per SEO.

Do matter is your domain with www and without www. These are two different things.

I just thought about the benefit of mixing the two. It might look more natural if not all links are written the same. I think that adding 200 links a day with the same SERP might trigger an investigation, since natural links will no always be exactly the same. So mixing the two might be good. / and without /

    Just my 2 cents

adding the / creates a slight difference is site loading speed.
You will notice that when you go to http://www.domainname.com that it always ends up with the trailing / in the address bar.
If you happent got to a site that is somewhat slow you will definatly see the address bar change
    from http://www.domainname.com
    to http://www.domainname.com/

This tells me that it expects it and therefore technically speaking you should include it.
