With Movie Affiliate Programs? Theres no way users can be liable right?

    I had a client ask me this today. If they could be liable in anyway for being an affiliate.

    You are going to be hard pressed for anyone here to answer that. Any question of liability should be discussed with a qualified lawyer

    "unjust enrichment" is a factor. copyright is a factor. if all the content is legit, it should be a non-issue. attorneys are good for these kind of questions.
