Before you start your website, how many keywords are you looking for to write articles with and put these on your website later?
As many as you want .. But keep in mind that the number doesn't matter .. You should focus on choosing the best keywords (less competitive etc etc ..)
I agree with Toon-C. I'd pick a list of keywords that you want to rank #1 for not just now, but years down the line. That way, you can monitor your growth from a wider scope. You will find this info verrrry helpful as you continue to mature and finesse your approach. When you begin SEO focus on a few words, but make sure you're monitoring a long list of desired terms.
i only optimize one keyword for their landing pages ,start with very few and later on increase the no of keywords.
there is no limitation of keywords.. its only depends on the type of keywords you choose.. see that they are less competitive thats it...
I go for at least 45,000 searches monthly, and the better keywords I find the less work that is. On average, probably 30
dari pengalaman selama ini maka satu buah keyword sudah cukup mewakili, namun tidak menutup kemungkinan lebih dari satu
I tend to focus on one keyword per page. and aim for 5 keywords per site to start with. With the aim to rank no.1 for those pages. Building backlinks to your other pages, gives your site a more natural look to the search engines. Rather than everything focused on your main page. That said, once you have a few good backlinked pages. Add another keyword to your front page. rinse repeat As mentioned above ensure you pick good keywords to chase. most people fail to drive SE traffic to their site because they pick either low searched keywords or highly competitive keywords.
As mentioned in other replies, 3-5 keywords per page is a good number, and with the increase in number of keywords, increase the pages of the website.
during the development of our software, we concentrated on 2 of the big keywords. now that we're climbing those, we'll start the other minor keywords.
3-5 per page you don't want to be going all over the place with your keywords. Pulls your pages in too many directions, splits the benefits.
I would definitely focus on one keyword at first. One with 50,000 or less competing pages and has a good amount of traffic daily. Once you're ranking #1 for that term then I'd go ahead and optimize for a second term
I usually 3 to 5 words, 5 if using 2 word last word is a word derived, so that each page will focus on the max 3 keywords
Is there any benefit, or penalty, to repeating the keyword in an article? I mean, besides the article reading ridiculous if you do it too much....
for these keywords you choose, how many exact competing pages are you looking for and what would be a good allintitle number
