with company you recommand

    i have a root server in europe / DE with
    hetzner.de
    http://www.hetzner.de/rootserver.html
    and price as well as quality is excellent - in addition thanks to european location traffic was instantly some 30% higher due to solid reduction in content censorship affecting US-hosted sites

    I've used A2B2 before and found them very good and they have UK and US servers: www.a2b2.com

    I'm not affiliated with them in anyway just think that their the best hosting I've used so far.

    $30 should get a decent unmanaged VPS...not a dedi box.
