Hello I have a problem with one of my websites. When I am typing the domain without www on a IE I have my site load very well,but when I am trying to load my website with www the website doesn't load This website is on a managed VPS server and I am using cpanel ,is that something to do with domain aliases? If yes where I could fix this? Thanks very very much for your help
Sounds like you do not have the DNS record set for the www. You're going to need to set a CNAME for it (reference a working site on your VPS if you have one). You can change DNS records through WHM it should be under Edit DNS Zone.
