Can you place your link, let me say for example, FriendFinder - Could you place your registration affilate link on another website, which isn't yours? And buy space on another website for your FriendFinder geo targeted banners? Is that violating any T.O.S?

    Thanks!

No... People do this all the time. You can buy ads through places like AdBrite and use your friendfinder landing page.

I would think most affiliate programs would offer this as you can easily grab links and put on other sites, but my advise would be for you to always ask the merchant or your affiliate program manager if you can do it before putting your link on other sites. Better to be save and not all of them will probably allow it.

I agree. Come to think of it, I could own about 25 sites and have links on all of them. Sort of the same thing if I am thinking right.

Sorry I wasn't clear with what I said. I meant that yes you can do this. I mean "No" to is it violating any TOS.

I've never experienced any issues with affiliate programs as far as putting links on websites. They generally want their links on as many sites as possible. Bidding in PPC is a different issue, that's where you have to be careful not to violate TOS. Some affiliate programs have very strict rules about how you can bid in PPC.
