With 76,000 Ad (not page) Impressions, how much would you be making?

    With 76,000 Ad (not page) Impressions, how much would you be making?

    So far with that many impressions: $0.

    What on earth have I got wrong?! :(

    it depends on too many things and without knowing those things, no one can provide you with any information.

    is it targeted traffic? what are you selling? how and where are you displaying the ads? But even with that info, it's hard for anyone to really tell you.

    I am guessing that your ads are not targeted enough if you aren't making sales.

    if a page is allowed to load fully then page impressions should equal ad impressions. the ad is displayed on the page after all.

    I would take a wild guess and say your traffic is not targeted. How do you obtain your traffic? what are their expectations on arriving at your site? obviously your ad is not high on their list! how many clicks did your ad produce?

    what sort of ad? if a banner then they are notoriously bad at converting to clicks let alone sales. try some good content with some text links, but before you do that you need to try and obtain some targeted traffic.

    I bet you're using banners, well here is news, it doesn't get any better

    Banners do not appear to work, even where you have targeted traffic,

    Try to integrate text links into your site and your results might improve

    On one of my Ebay-PHPBayPro sites - after 28,000 impressions and about 10,000 product clicks, that eBay banner in the sidebar still does not have a click.

    Btw... what is your niche/site PM and I may be able to help

    How many clicks you got? Without clicks, you will not earn anything from CJ.

    I just started using BANS, but I'm having the opposite happen to me, I'm getting over 50 clicks a day for the past 3 days, but no impressions, and no $$$.

    Only around 100 clicks. Page impressions at 6000 but have multiple ads. Maybe I just picked a really bad niche.

    Hey its the same here, conversions are terrible with Commission Junction and it really depends on the traffic still. I realize that CJ will work well with leads and Adwords with Specific landing pages.

    So you really have to create a landing page and I guess a drill down to the sign up page. Or use it as an iframe so people sign up right there.

    Thats the only way I see CJ working really.
