I've seen sites with 100,000 plus links and only have a pr 3 so don't beat yourself up it will raise over time, just keep building links and getting traffic so you can make money which is more important then a green line on a toolbar.
It's quality what counts, not the quantity. You can have 10 quality backlinks and get a PR5, and you can have 1000000 low-quality links and get nothing.
Never include backlinks in your rank. Include the Backlinks that makes your rank! I have sites that PR increased without a single backlink while one with thousands remained "sh*t"
Over the past few years google has changed up their algorithm to make it harder for us to achieve a higher pr, my pr has not changed in over 1 year and I have been consistently building backlinks.
PR is not only based on links, it considers many things like your content etc. Nobody know how Google calculates Page Rank.
Backlinks is one of the criteria and not the only criteria for page rank. Try and do your usual stuff building your website as one builds his real company.....the rest will follow... Regards, RightMan
its all depends upon luck. i got PR3 for my forum which is just 1 months old. but i made some good backlinks for that.
It has nothing to do with luck it is the secret algorithm which is crazy and if I knew how to crack it I would be making millions and anybody else who had it would be also
It is not depending luck, I think your back links are not relevant, you can build quality relevant back links.
One of my sites has already more than 3,000 bCK LINKA BY\UT IT DOESN'T Have any pr at all. Just be patient and keep on building those back links.
