Is it possible market my site up to 30,000 alexa ranking in 2 months? My site is in my signature. first one. I received seed angel funding.
Thanks Spyros. What exactly do you mean "ad spots"? Do you mean a link from a PR8 to mine? or put an Ad in their/let them become my affiliate?
and what purpose that would serve? you can give me only 10k and i can make your site ranked 30,000 on alexa in 2 months but that ranking will not bring you any organic traffic or revenue. alexa ranking can be artificially inflated very easily and doesn't always represent the organic traffic. don't be fooled by alexa ranking, may scammers artificially inflate the alexa ranking to show the traffic while selling thie newborn few months old sites. i suggest you not to bother with alexa ranking and focus on quality link building. your alexa will go up over time when traffic increases
What I mean is not necessarily fake "alexa ranking" . I meant that using the money, what steps should I take to bring my site to that level (not faking the rankings) What would I do with the funds , and how would I market it? << thats the quesiton
Are you talking about the site in your sig? If I were you, the first thing I'd do would be to pay someone to redesign it, before I even thought about doing any marketing. designdisease.com and uniqueblogdesigns.com are a good place to start. All the best designers I've worked with are in the $1500-3500 range. Also, make sure you don't waste money. With a large budget like that it's easy to blow money where you don't need to because you think you have more than you do. I used to work in party promotions and I'd be given huge budgets (~$40-50k) and I'd always spend 100% of it, even if a large portion of it was just totally wasted.
