witch one open source are better joomla or DotNetNuke?

    i want to make for own website . i ask from many programmer consulting for planing website. but one the they says me dot net nuke is better for web site . and says u can question from any body . what's your opinion about this? please guide me. THX

    Joomla is better, powers more websites around the world, and has more extensions and is cheaper to host and modify.

    It depends on from which point you are looking at. From a developer point of view, I would say it has to be with what resources you have and know. If you are a .net developer or you have .net developers in your company or if you get them easily for less rates, dotnetnuke is good. If its viceversa, then joomla is good.
    If i look standing in a neutral position, it does'nt make much of a difference, since both are great platforms to extend and both have been used a lot

    I am Using Joomla From 2 years and Have developed portal to ecommerce sites very fast secure and more SEF thats The ways I love JOOMLA Joomla Seo,Joomla Development,Joomla E commerce Plateforms...........

    i don't know dot.nuke but i'm agree with Ijome, joomla is awsome a build a great ecommerce site with a great community support and free component...
