Personally I think The Rich Jerk is one of the bests ebooks on the net and is a must for people looking how to make BIG money online. I'm succesful using 80% of his strategies. I love his ebook.

Lance mock (http://www.howtomakebigmoneygivingawayebooks.com/) has created (or discovered) a very interesting and cool business and because this business is totally new everyone can make money with it.

Rosalind Gardner's ebook it too much for beginners.

Perry Marshall's guide is a must, he will save you tons of money if you are using google adwords.

hmmm haven't bought any at all (at least related to adsense), only bought a couple about programming.

 

Alot of people say "you wont get anything better in one of these ebooks that you wont get on Digital Point" -- they are 100% right. BUT an ebook must be easier to read.

Alot of the same questions keep coming up on here, and some really good points are lost below the reapeated ones

So is the rich jerk the one to buy then mate? (made money from it have you?)

I bought 37 signals' ebook Getting Real. Not really a get-rich-quick book, but an interesting look at building web applications.

With the rich jerk strategies now I'm making 15000 dollars a month. Not bad but I can make better.

@neilboland -- when you say "building web applications", what exactly do you mean matey? Is it sites made in php, or java/vb/c++ programs that work with the web. Any extra info would be great.

I've have been tempted to buy "secrets" books but I've never done it. There are too many places on the web like DP, Shoemoney.com, where people are discussing their techniques openly. All you have to do is look for them.

Do you really think you can learn e-currency exchange on a forum??
Or you you can learn how to make money giving away free ebooks here on DP?
Is anyone talking about vincent's book 12 month millionaire of any advanced direct marketing tactic?
The only thread about e-gold here on DP is spam and vincent james is never mentioned.

 

I would have thought to find out about these things you simply have to start a thread about them?

But i see your point, you have to know about them to ask about them.

 

@itsall3: the 37 signals book doesn't go into any specifics about implementing stuff in one language or framework. It's more about a philiosphy of how to approach designing and coding for web apps, and running a company. A lot of it is common sense, but basically tells you to keep things very simple, only code a little at a time, release your product to see what works instead of planning for years and months, and to give people what they want, not what you think they need. Also, to start with the user interface, and when you have that right, to code everything backwards from there. An interesting read, but absolutely no technical details.

I got a lot out of Joel Comm's 'AdSense Secrets' eBook. I read it when I was brand new to Internet Marketing, and I think a lot of it would be too basic for intermediate to advanced marketers. I'm sure a lot of the same information is available in the forums and blogs, as well - but for someone just starting out, I'd say it's a good investment, and a consolidated source of valuable information.

By the way, Ithilnet...your English kicks the crap out of my Italian.

As already mentioned, the DP forum probably contains most of the 'secrets' revealed in e-books. However, it would take a long time to find and collate all of the information on any one subject.

IMHO a good e-book should contain relevant and easily accessible info and be worth the cost simply for the time it saves.

I get the free Rich Jerk emails, and I gotta say they sure do have a lot of spelling and grammar errors.
Not impressed with the routine in the least- but hey...if you are making 15 grand a month, who am I to judge?
