Not sure what this would entail, but it's the direction we're moving in the future.

Hmmm...well, Optigold does pretty much everything else so well that it doesn't seem like it would take much to alter it to support Voip atleast to get started. The main feature I think you would need would be a "Usage" screen like the current dialup usage. I was just looking at a commercial voip package that used freeradius and mysql to keep track of all the calls and minutes etc., basically all the radius accounting info you can collect, and it's very similar to my current setup with ICradius. Here is a screenshot: cdrtool.ag-projects.com/Screenshots/CDRTool-Cisco.png

Give people to ability to import those usage stats for billing packages and maybe a few fields for IP Phone serial numbers or whatever...and I think people would really dig it. I know I would. I hate to buy another whole package to support voip to. Do you happen to ever to custom programming seperately like this? If a company like us paid extra? :)

It's worth a shot heh heh.

No, there are not "custom" versions of Optigold available.

Would you guys have information on custom configuration xml files to use in conjunction with Optigold? So, to have the ability to customize busy lamp fields, for example on a per user basis...
