I messed up from the very beginning with my use of channels - names weren't descriptive enough and I never recorded which channels I was using on which pages. I'm doing a bit better now on new channels but I still have lots of old ones scattered throughout my site. Having one particular channel with an extraordinaryly high ecpm today, I'd love to know where it's coming from. Wouldn't it be nice if you could click on the channel name and be shown which URL's are using it? On the other hand, if I hadn't screwed it up so badly from the beginning, then this is something I'd know already.
It probably could if I had any idea what Shawn and the others are telling us to do with the code on Google Analytics. I just look at that thread and it gives me a headache!
Hmmm. $97. All the Adsense advice that has ever worked for me, I've got right here on DP for free. Not to say I wouldn't pay that if it was - as you say - worth it. I wonder if anybody else here uses it and whether it would be recommended by all those who have boght it. I'll see if there any any other comments in this thread about it and if not maybe start another asking for opinions on ASGOLD.
hmm. yes.. I think you need to understand how it works first, then you can use it.. It will become very easy to understand. You also can keep track page / Channel and the "guess keyword" or "ads URL" that has been click. Let's try Adstracker and Analytic again. It is free and powerful. You can PM to ask me if you don't understand. I will try to explain
Ha Tonyinabox, You might very well regret that innocent and very kind offer of help. Just wait till Monday till I get the rug rats out of the way and I will be plaguing you to help me understand this trick on GA.
LOL no no regret. I think if you have GA already, you should not pay for another stats and if you pay for that you have to learn how to use that anyway.
