my friend looking for a wisdom or romance advices "so people can ask him and he give advices" blog or site

2-Niche must
3- revenue not important
4- must be .com or .net and short with no -
5- if a blog must be on a hosting not google or any free blogs sites
6- say prices and don't say make an offer to not cause embarrassment for either sides
7- payment should go anyway but paypal because it isn't supported where i am
