Hey viru, You did it.....Without the minimum footwork you have attained the maximum fruit with your exceptional Hand-eye Co-ordination. The first Indian to win the "Leading Cricketer in the World" with his quick 85 in a record chase against England. Dream Test XI 1.Virender Sehwag (India) 2.Graeme Smith (South Africa) 3.Ricky Ponting (Australia) 4.Sachin Tendulkar (India) 5.Kevin Pietersen (England) 6.Shivnarine Chanderpaul (West Indies) 7.Mahendra Singh Dhoni (India) [Capt & Wk] 8.Harbhajan Singh (India) 9.Mitchell Johnson (Australia) 10.Dale Steyn (South Africa) 11.Zaheer Khan (India). Almost half of the indian side in the line-up, great going india!!!!!!! Lets discuss the Wisden' rating for the year 2008....Adoring Cricket Fans ...Come up??????.........Whats your Feel.........
hey man VIRU was one of the best player who Had fastest century in a Match. he also did a Nice work we cant comment on someone till we ourselves dont in that same profession as they are
They are loads of people who should have been in the list, but aren't there. I'm sure there are quite a few people who will disagree with Shastri, Bishop and Smith.
Hey dude, its just the truth...and mind you i played division cricket for your notice.....Ya ofcourse i am an admirer of viru too.....
Sehwag is surely a nightmare for bowlers. He is an explosive batsman and it would be great to see him perform in IPL. The Dream Test team looks great though a couple of changes can be made.
Viru deserves it...... i was fortunate and lucky enough to be in chepauk in Chennai, when he scored the fastest triple century in the history of cricket.... It was quite a nightmare for the south African bowlers... i would always prefer viru playing his natural game.... That's when he is at his best....
rightly said sampath......i thnk he is the only player can achieve both 400 in tests and 200 in ODIs....wat do u say?
yeah , your absolutely right.... if viru plays 35-40 overs in an odi.... he can very easily go past the magical 200 run mark....hmmm something tells me.... its going to happen very soon...
Ya he nearly missed it in the Newzealand series with 125* ...if he could have gone to carry on without the rain interruption, am sure he would have crossed 200....LOL
Hey i don't think that wisden committee is favoring indian players.... indian players deserve their place in the line up.....
Ya but i think dey r doing exceptionally well in the last 18 months or so.....i feel gambhir should have been in their final XI....Poor Gambhir!!!!!!!!!!
