We didn't close one company and open another. I founded OfficialWire and WireNews+Co in April 2001. I sold OfficialWire in November 2011 and spun WireNews+Co off from that company. We likely obtained your email if you were using OfficialWire or one of that company's free PR sites. Please read http://www.wirenews.co/links and or http://www.wirenews.co/about-us to find out more about WireNews+Co. It works. But it's not an SEO service. We distribute press releases to journalists. If you want traditional SEO value you need to use another service. We offer a SEOv2 service; http://www.wirenews.co/choose-one - but it's not advertising.

Would you mind expanding on that a bit? Will go read the site as well. Its certainly priced to sell.

OK, I can explain that we have a database of over 350,000 registered journalists who receive the press releases our clients publish. We have over 4,700 clients. Although a press releases are crawled by many other websites; this is not the value. The value rests in the journalists who receive the media. This is an example of a "perfect" press release from one of our clients: http://www.wirenews.co/usa/sports-fitness/12102/innovative-timing-systems-revolutionizes-enduro-mountain-bike-world-series (note, no un-natural links) read: http://www.wirenews.co/links/ - We also issue an internationally recognised press card http://www.wirenews.co/presscard/ for £20 per year that will keep you out of trouble in many of the worlds hotspots (according to our members) http://www.wirenews.co/global/publishing/11916/journalists-reporting-from-the-front-line.

Awesome. Thanks very much for taking the time to respond. We seem to share the same notions about SEO as well.

Yes, we issue press cards. You can get details at http://www.wirenews.co/presscard/ - Once you register as a journalist; you login and then click the Press Card link to the right and then select the payment option; i.e. USD, EUR or GBP... then you decide how often you want to pay; i.e. Annual, 3-yearly, 10-yearly or lifetime card. 10 year and lifetime cards are refreshed every two years on request.
