WirelessAddicts.com -- 3 years old, great design, unique script.

Registered in Febuary of 2004, WirelessAddicts.com is a great site, with a great domain name, and a strong foundation. Completely indexed in Google with a PR3, the site is a recent acquisition of mine that I bought with the intent to flip. The past owner had neglected it -- terrible design, no updated content, etc. I saw the potential, improved it immensely, and here we are.

Review Script
The site features dozens upon dozens of cell phone company reviews. All of these have been submitted by actual users over the past 3 years. Users can also review cell phones, but this ability (to review cell phones) has been just recently added -- and therefore has very little reviews.

The review script was built, custom-made. It has an admin interface that allows you to list, edit, approve/reject reviews received. It has a feature that allows you to list new items that you want to review -- be it a new phone, or a new cell phone company. It also allows you to modify the criterias for reviews.

Obviously, this script could be carried over to another site from this one by someone with sufficient programming knowledge.

Design
Unique design. Very simple, very smooth. Design looks the same in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Content
I'm not sure about the origins of the content in the articles section. I believe some of those articles are from other sites (with permission). I believe some were written by the previous site owner. Regardless, don't put much value into the articles.

Traffic/Revenue
In it's hayday, the site had several hundred visitors a day. Now, with the last update being well over a year ago, the site has wiltered away. Traffic is trickling in from the search engines, about 20-30 visitors daily. Unfortunately, revenue track history is not known.

Other Particulars
I was transferred the domain about two (2) weeks ago, and as such, GoDaddy doesn't allow me to transfer out to another registrar for another 6 weeks. GoDaddy has a policy of not allowing a domain to be sent back out to another registrar within 60 days of it being received.

Just to clarify: I can easily transfer the domain to other Godaddy accounts -- just can't transfer out to another registrar. Hope that's not a problem.
