    I normally do paid posts at 40 to 50€ each.

    Also sell some goods at gearbest affiliate program.

    Last 2 months, I did almost nothing from it, due to don't had time to write.

    But normally in a normal month it can do 4 to 6 guest posts or paid posts.

    Also can easily insert adsense or some other network.

    Site will be sold with all social media properties, Facebook page with +-50.000 followers and Twitter account. Also Gmail account and also the license of wordpress theme.
