    do you know ho to get in india

    and how is wirecard can we use this as a cc to verify moneybookers or paypal account

    no, not for pp account. You won't get expuse number with your vcc. You can pay with vcc of wirecard but not for verification. so you need other one. If you're from us, try the secure card of PP (but in that case you would allready need a PP account).

    just buy a vcc :p

    What is wiredcard used for? For vcc's? Do they process payments also? Rates? Too many questions?
