Wire Transfer Question ?

    I want to know which bank of USA accept wire transfer to international bank throw website ?
    I have some USD on my paypal USA and it's limit enough 180 day and allow for withdraw. But i dont live at USA .
    That's trouble !

    Why you need to use USA bank account?
    Paypal will only sent you the money to the bank account that is attached when you verify your paypal account.

    Do you understand what i saying at here ?
    I told i have a paypal account and it's limited. When paypal limited enough 180 day , they allow to add bank and withdraw $ to that bank.
    What i need at here is one bank can add to paypal and withdraw that amount , then from that bank Wire Transfer to my local bank ( international )
    I'm not live at US
