wire transfer payment

    i want to receive payment from advaliant via wire transfer.to receive wire transfer.what details i need to provide?my bank is not having specialized branch in US but they have correspondent bank in US.so i have below details.Is it enough to provide the below details or do i need to provide my account number,account name and bank name in addition to the below details?


    Correspondent Bank:- JPMorgan Chase Bank, NEW YORK
    Correspondent Bank's Swift Code:- CHASUS33
    Correspondent Account Number:- 001-1-406717
