Winzip not saving my changes

This doesn't make any sense. I've done this a thousand times before. I go into a file script via winzip on my computer, open up a file, change what I want, click on "file" and hit "save".

But my changes aren't saving on these three winzip files I recently downloaded. Usually I'll get a pop up "Update archive with this file?...blah, blah, blah" and I say "yes". But this time I'm not getting it. It's not saving and my files don't change.

Does anyone know what I need to do to save my changes? Thanks.

edit: oddly, it saves for the older scripts on my computer, not the the three I recently downloaded.

I'm not sure about the solution, but you can try to archive those and rezip them. It may have been created from a different software that may have some limitations to it.
