Thats for regular thieves and robbers. 10-100 lashes for the unmarried and for married adulterers its death sentence.

 

oh george, I was trying to get the exact statics few months ago to prove somewhere on DP that in out dated Islamic countries rape cases are relatively low than some "Free Speech" ultra modern countries.

Also - those stats are a bit off; I mean they are accurate in how many are REPORTED - but rape in Islam is too common; yet left unreported. Just look at recent Dubai tourist stories to know EXACTLY why.

Lastly, this discussion is in another thread; but Australia's rape stats are also a bit out of whack - this is because Aboriginals, many of whom still live in tribes, constantly rape their own children. It is disgusting, but does not reflect realistically on the bulk of Australia.

If you research stats for rape in Aboriginal communities you will find it makes up more than half of the rapes committed in the country.

 

Let me ask you this: Is there an article I can read up on in regards to how rape cases are being treated in Islamic countries?

In the 1,800s there were no discrimination lawsuits filed by African Americans.
