Winner Gets Regular Paid Work - WebLayouts Portfolio Show

So our web design company is now moving up in the world we have our own office and are currently looking for a very talented web designer. The layouts dont have to be coded just psd is fine so here is the competion.

Show links to your portfolio or hosted images of your layouts so i can look through them and which ever person i feel is the most talented my company DesignWebz.com will pass you regular work making layouts up in photoshop for clients at a price of 60$ - 100$ depending on complexity and just the psd you wont have to code.

So goodluck, please show your work in an organized way and only show work you created.

The portfolio I showed here is made 100% by me, flash included.
And about Flash, I think I'm pretty okay with it, not too good though.
You can see what I did on my portfolio, I learned it by myself and I'm sure I still have lots to learn.

Hi - you can download some work examples from http://www.uk-1.info/exa.zip - some old some new ish - i dont tend to keep examples on my pc for very long. - not sure on this will have a think.
