No harm intended, you may want to be careful with that domain name. Microsoft could get very touchy as far as trademarking goes. Even though its a z instead of a s on the end of window microsoft could still get you for trademark violations. Just thought I would warn you

I get a bit annoyed when i see things like this: Please tell me how you are allowed to link to warez if your server is in the US? Please don't say things that clearly you cant do under US Federal Law. If you wanna offer your clients ability to link to warez, buy a server in Hong Kong or somewhere that has no DMCA enforcement.
even though the server may be US based, some are ok with linking...but you don't have to be so mean to him about it...the hosting company i am sales for allows adult material as long as its legal and follows laws. as for the linking part, they allow it unless there is complaints... so he is right to say and put that as part of his allowed for TOS...
Ok. lets get this straight. No server in the US is allowed to link to warez. It is indirect violation of the DMCA, which is a US Government Body (that happens to think they run the world). Also im not questioning about the adult hosting. I know that that is allowed, like you say, as long as its legal and follows laws. If your running a warez site you always get complaints. I recieve around 4 a week. So if that was the case, then there is absoloutly no point hosting your warez site coz it wont last 1 week. Im not trying to be mean, but people say they can do things when they can't and at the end of the day its the customer that will suffer when they have paid their months/year hosting only to find they have to move to another host because of claims that simply can't be fullfilled.
not hosting the warez itself, but linking to it though is what i was referring to... i myself have a few clients that have warez linking and i haven't gotten any complaints about them..
Yes we only cancel unless a real company complains and says they are going to press charges and if its just links your giving you can just remove the post of the company thats complaining im very relaxed with warez on my server if its just linking .. also who says adult is illegal in us as long as its not child porn and all models are over 18++ make as many adult sites you want

Just head up entri3, the domain WILL get you in trouble soon or later, someone just needs to let uncle Bill know and you are down and will never come up again. They will sue you back to stone age. Sell it as soon as possible dont redirect it to anything not even a blanc page.. just get rid of it
