My only suggestion is to find someone on Sedo or at baazar.afternic.com and sell it quickly to a newbie which does not understand what TM is , either I'll suggest you to park it somethere until it expires but do not renew it . I think you do not need to find yourself in trouble just for earning low XXX$ , I have a friend who had forumebay.com , and he was called from Ebay and .... finally he lt it expires

not necessarily a TM issue actually. Fine to sell, but not at that high price!

 

It's not dishonest , to sell for very cheap price , probably the buyer will cover the value of domain with paid parking

 

Thanks for the info....guess I was thinking of the generic nature of the words windows and vista and not thinking there would ben any problem.

Any price suggestions that would seem to be fair? Be realistic please so I can make a smart decision.

I don't think so. It's hard to get traffic and even if it does, I don't think it will get over $0.05 EPC.
