    I want to sell my site, www.windowstuts.com. It use wordpress, and posts are about windows, photoshop, seo, wordpress, android and many other tutorials.

    It already has a lot of quality backlinks, added in the past by the other owner.
    It has facebook page, where you can publish news about site, or publish the posts. It has about 530 likes.

    It's a great site and with some posts the visitators will come quickly. For now     visits are mostly from USA.

    The domain expires in 11.01.2014.

    It is not banned from adsense. Has 40% unique articles. 69 posts. I didn't place adsense on him.

    Please clarify.... does that mean 40% of the articles are fully unique or that the articles are 40% unique? (meaning they are spun articles with 40% uniqueness)

    i want the site and the facebook etc, how do we go about this, which registrar is this hosted on, i dont want the site to have any downtime during the transfer process PLEASE.
