Windows7 is not good at all!!!!!

New feature is always unknown. That is easier to use day by day if you use continuously. Try to understand that and read carefully user manual.

 

Mygold is right you problem is that you have use it properly and you were still new for window 7 that's why you were facing this situation if you will use for some time then situation will be surely different from this.

 

I also prefer Win7 to other OS, hate Vista (it's sooooo huge one and few years ago xp were o'k)

 

Windows 7 is very stable than Windows XP, But you feel any problem with Windows 7 Please try Windows 8 beta

 

I have tired windows 7, the only thing that pisses me off that the hard drive get really busy when there is no user activity (sounds ridiculous i know). The other thing that off button on media center remote does not really turn it off, but puts it through go to sleep with immediate wakeup process (what a joke)

 

I really don't know about Windows Seven, but Vista is a reall headache believe me. I have had more trouble with that platform than any other. For me, to tell the truth, trusty old XP is still the best out there.

 

Just about two years on this thread and DP posters still having a field day with it. What a bunch of losers.

 

same here mate, I don't know what's wrong with windows7, when I shutdown my lappy 2days ago, it's automatically updated the latest updates and my webcam not working since the other day, it still say cam device not connected

 

I love to work with win XP installed in my system.For some time,I tried Win 7 and found it better running but due to low config of my system,I opted to uninstall it but in my opinion, I found Win 7 better to work with..No such problems as mentioned by you..!!

 

win7 always have problem mate, you won't know until you face it and it'll be hard to fix the issues :|

I have also issues with Windows 7.. I have good specs on my computer but it has some problems after updates.

 

windows 7 is overall good, but the problem is that we need softwares in the latest version in order to comply with it.

And one thing is true, gaming sucks on windows 7, you'll probably like to stick to windows xp.

 

I don't agree with you, W7 is the best of all microsoft systems... GUI is great, system is fast, options are simple

 

No worries Windows 8 is on the table for full use almost. The entire 7 has been a real disappointment.

 

Windows 7 is amazing. Windows 8 looks too fucking complicated and will be shit. I liked xp more though but not downgrading so something that isn't updated any more.

 

I haven't had any issues with Windows 7, but personally I've moved on to Mac OSX since 2008 I think it was, and haven't really looked back.. You can install it on a PC provided you have the proper hardware..

 

Windows 8 will not be good in my opinion...

 

How come you can predict that windows 8 is not good?

Guys dont keep on blaming products which are used by more than 100billion people. Try to adopt with that . and get benefited from that.

 

I've installed a version for developers... I expected more...
