    Have used XP for several years main probs "hang", using vista came with machine never had problem so far, not tried win 7 but will use open source from next time :p

    Windows 7 is a much better improvement from Vista. It just depends if your machine can handle it or not.

    Me too :). Since the beginning of 2002 I went from win 98 to the yummy XP. I was exposed to vista just long enough to make me angry about a year or so ago...
    My vendor was fresh out, I was in need quickly, so I jumped ahead with the windows 7. Some of my programs wont install and work on this machine even tho I adjusted "compatibility". But I encourage you to go ahead and get acquainted with it, it isnt as bad as some people make it seem. Me saying that is a lot (I was diehard XP until last hard drive malfunction).

    XP works fine; but Se7en is the future. More UI and a better UX. Many software only support Se7en now, ofcourse with previous versions' compatibility mode aswell, it's gotta be better.

    I am having no problems with Windows 7! I had so many issues with Vista with software not working and incompatible drivers. Windows 7 > Windows Vista. Windows 7 > Windows XP.
