    Okay, anyone have any ideas whatsoever when Windows is coming out with the next operating system? XP came out in 2001, correct? Isn't it about time for a new one? Just wondering.

    the latest date i saw for longhorn release was q3 of 2006. There was rumors of a XP RELOADED release/upgrade for windows xp offering alot of the functionality of longhorn into windows xp for this summer but I have not heard much on that lately.

    Basically look for something around 2008 when longhorn sp2 is released =P
